The Accomplishment of the Usage Agreement

By using the Moro Tracker app and the information it provides, the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

The following Mandatory Information must be provided by the user:

• Personal email address
• Username
• A password with at least 6 characters, consisting of letters, numbers, and/or symbols.
• A statement of agreement with the validity of these Terms and Conditions.
• A statement regarding the user's preference for receiving tailored information, such as a newsletter.

Users can choose to add additional profile information, but the visibility of this information will depend on the user's settings and identification by Moro Tracker App. Only one registration and user profile are permitted per user. Although there is no legal obligation to use the Moro Tracker App, it reserves the right to decline registration requests without providing a reason. Once a user successfully registers, they offer to enter into a contract to utilize the app's services. By subscribing to the app's services, Moro Tracker App acknowledges this offer.
The app has the right to cancel incomplete registrations, including any information submitted by users, without warning.

License Agreement Termination, Cancellation, and Refund

You must choose a payment method (such as a credit card, an online payment service, a third party, such as iTunes or Google Play, or any other payment option made accessible by Moro Tracker App) and give information about it in order to be charged any fees (the "Payment Method"). At Moro Tracker, we prioritize delivering top-notch products and services to our users. In order to uphold our high standards, we have implemented a stringent policy of "No Refunds and No Returns" for all of our products.
We believe that our users will appreciate the quality and value of our offerings, and we stand behind their effectiveness. As such, we do not offer refunds or accept returns, except in cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end.
We understand that this policy may be different from what users are accustomed to, but we hope that our commitment to quality will assure them of the excellence of our products and services.

Event Fees:

When you decide to participate in a cycling or running event through the Moro Tracker App, there will be a fee associated with your registration. This fee can be paid using various payment methods such as credit cards, online payment services, or any other payment option offered by the app.
It's important to note that once you have paid the registration fee, it is non-refundable. This means that if you change your mind about participating in the event or are unable to attend for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund of the fee.
We want to ensure that all participants are aware of this policy before they register for an event so that they can make an informed decision. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to having you join us for a fantastic cycling or running experience through the Moro Tracker App.

Fees:

You might need to pay subscription fees to use a particular service's capabilities. You can pay subscription fees on a monthly or annual basis, together with any applicable taxes. All subscription costs must be paid upfront. The yearly prices will take effect for athletes switching from monthly to annual subscriptions at the start of the following billing date. Whether they are one-time or recurring, you agree to pay the subscription fees and other costs associated with your Moro Tracker App account. The Moro Tracker App has the right to introduce additional fees at any time with sufficient notice, as well as to raise subscription costs and any related taxes.

Cancellation of Subscription:

To cancel your Moro Tracker App membership, simply access your "Account" section in the app. If you subscribed through Google Play or iTunes, you could cancel your subscription by downgrading through the relevant app store. Any cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. After your subscription ends, your account will remain active with a free subscription. If subscription fees increase, you can renew your subscription without creating a new account. Please note that your account may be deleted at any time.

Termination:

You acknowledge that Moro Tracker App has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Services in certain severe cases without providing you with prior notice. Cause for such suspension or termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms or any further integrated terms, policies, or rules,(b) requests from government authorities, including law enforcement, (c) a demand from you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) a suspension of the Services or a significant change to the Services (or any portion thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, and/or (g) failure by you to pay any fees due in connection with the Services. If your account is closed, it might also result in (x) removal of access to all offerings within the Services, (y) deletion of your information, files, and content associated with your account, and (z) barring further use of the Services.
You also acknowledge that Moro Tracker App is free to suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Services at any time for any reason and that Moro Tracker App will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so. Content and Behavior, Clubs, Proprietary Rights, Your Feedback, the Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability, Indemnity, Choice of Law and Forum, and General shall all survive termination of your account and/or the Terms.

Your Feedback:

At Moro Tracker, we highly value feedback from our users regarding the services and information we provide. Your comments, recommendations, and other messages (collectively referred to as "Feedback") are greatly appreciated.
By providing Feedback, you grant Moro Tracker App a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use your Feedback. This includes the right to copy, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the Feedback. Additionally, we reserve the right to use your Feedback to make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import, and export products and services based on such Feedback.

Modification in the Terms and Conditions:

The Moro Tracker App reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. If there are any significant changes to these terms or any aspect of the services, the Moro Tracker App will notify you. By continuing to use or access the services after being informed of such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, your only option is to stop using the services.
The Moro Tracker App and its third-party service providers may alter or modify the services, products, mobile applications, features, programs, and prices at any time and for any reason. The Moro Tracker App may also download and install upgrades, updates, and new features to enhance and further develop the services. The Moro Tracker App retains the right to alter or terminate the services or any part of them without prior warning. You acknowledge and agree that the Moro Tracker App will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services to you or any other party.
